The title of this album perfectly fits the tone of the tracks. You feel the helplessness in the voice of Connor as he sings about his past mistakes, his shortcomings and his failures. A very personal and touching album that everyone who's been in a dark place mentally can relate to. It's one of my favorite releases of this genre and I often listen to it
